Okay, you might only be able to answer this if you have my taste in
movies but. I saw Saw 1 and 2 and though they were gay as shit. I saw
the new Nightmare on Elm Street and thought it was gay as shit. I saw
the old one and nearly pissed myself. I saw the movie Train (the one
about the teens in russia that get tortured to death) and thought it
was scary and I saw the movie Carrie and it was kinda scary. I didnt
like paranormal activity one or two or the ring or the exorcist. One
way I look at movies is 'oh that guys head was ripped off, that might
be scary if they weren't actors.' So movies that I get into and I'm
not aware I'm watching a movie are scary. What do you suggest?
I've seen most of these movies with no such luck as being scared but
something I wanna add, there's a difference between something being
scary and something being startling. When I'm watching a movie and my
heart is pounding because I'm so anxious to know what happens next,
that's good movie making and what I'm looking for. When a squirrel
pops out of nowhere and I nearly jump out of my skin, that's terrible
movie making...
